With unlimited access to videos including both dynamic and cardio Pilates, stretching, and tips for beginners, members can improve their strength, balance, and wellbeing, nurturing a love for their bodies wherever they are.
At Shapes I want to help people with their fitness schedule; to empower them to be able to train at any time of day wherever they are in the world. My routines are between 15 minutes and 25 minutes long; you can choose to target a particular area of your body or select full body workouts.
You can create your own library and select your favourite videos so you can access your preferred workouts quickly whenever you like.
