  • 1 Fennel
  • 1 Avocado
  • 150 gr Spinach
  • 200 gr Lettuce
  • 2 sticks Celery
  • 100 gr Carrots
  • 50 gr Cherry Tomatoes
  • 200 gr Chickpeas
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar


  • Soak chickpeas in water over night
  • Grab a big bowl, chop and combine all the ingredients
  • Add dressing at the end and mix really well in the large bowl first
  • You can add a little bit more dressing to taste
