4 Morning Routine Tips to Transform Your Day and Your Body In a Week

I decided to share with you some morning routine tips to get rid of those extra pounds (after holiday) and to start the day in a more positive, energetic way and to help you to fall in love with yourself and your shape.

 

I strongly and truly believe in Pilates and in these few tips I am giving you. They completely transformed my mornings, my body, and the way I workout.

 

First, I would love you to remember that: YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL AND YOU HAVE ALREADY A GREAT SHAPE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. But, I totally understand what it means to feel uncomfortable in some clothes, to desire your dream body and to work out because you want to change your body shape. I get it and that’s why I would love to share a few tips with you that can help you to shift your mindset towards a more positive way to look at yourself, at your body and at your life.

Here’s how it works:

 

1) Every morning when you wake up, drink between 1-2 glasses of hot water with lemon. This helps you to cleanse, to detoxify,  it also helps your digestive system; it aids your metabolism work better. Plus, it is great for the beauty of your skin too. Your skin will glow and shine as your body gets rid of all the toxins.

 

2) Grab a piece of paper or your phone and write down at least 3 things that you love about yourself. Keep this list with you and look at it during the day when you feel stuck, unmotivated, or angry at yourself.

 

3) Grab your mat or a towel and start to breathe in and out, at least 5 times. Straight after, start your Pilates workout with me on shapesstudio.co or any other Pilates workout you love.

 

4) Avoid sugar, too much alcohol, white carbs and please stay away from protein bars, they are so high in sugar and they can be addictive.

 

If you are on shapesstudio, please try to select a Dynamic Pilates workout focused on abs for this week so you can really work on your tummy and see the changes soon. My workouts are between 13-23 minutes; if you only have 10 minutes in the morning, do it anyway. Press pause when you need to stop and come back to that video the following day.
